Part Exchange

Our Part Exchange Service allows you to avoid certain costs and worries, such as estate agent fees, but also means that Benfield Homes will be the top and the bottom of the chain, so unless you decide not to go ahead with the purchase of your new home, you will not lose it. It also saves you time and the inconvenience of finding the right estate agent and all of the worries that are part of putting your home on the open market. If Benfield Homes agrees to take your current home as part payment we will make you an offer based on at least two/three independent valuations.

Once we have agreed a price with you. We will appoint a surveyor to carry out a comprehensive survey of your current property, appoint solicitors and estate agents. As soon as contracts have been exchanged and both properties have completed your dream home from Benfield Homes will become a reality.
