Benfield Homes Limited was established in Coventry in 1908 and is the oldest remaining local builder / developer in the area.

We pride ourselves on providing a range of new homes for sale throughout the Midlands region built to consistently high standards of designs that reflect the identified needs of our customers. Our name is renowned throughout our region, in fact it is not uncommon to see re-sale homes proudly mentioning the fact that the property was originally built by Benfield Homes.

We are a category A1 NHBC registered home builder, a Chartered Building Company and have achieved the Investors in People standard and ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.
